Do I have this timeline correct? Justice Brown-Jackson

She gave the 1st District 48 hours on Friday night to clear up the SNAP funding. If as assumed, she was taking the most expeditious route.

By Sunday, eight to ten Dem Senators caved.

Assume the bill passes tomorrow, then at best two days was saved.

Did the Dems get a guarantee that Trump would back off the States that funded the benefits? Likely hell no.

So again, people went to fight, won numerous elections on Tuesday, yet these Dem Senators allow the vote to save two days?

And why don’t people here read all the points of the agreement before they set their hair on fire?

But, Jeanne Shaheen is no slouch. I think it is a safe bet that she and other senior committee members have mitigated some of the harm that would be done if these appropriations bills actually implemented the cuts and other changes in the MAGA Murder Budget.

3. The D talking point right now is that they didn't want people to go hungry. Within hours of the Senate vote

the court ruled that f45 must fund SNAP.

The Ds are telling us to wait on the courts to come to our rescue. They Senate knew this decision was imminent. Why didn't the Ds wait on the court to rule. The court ended up giving us back SNAP, diluting the reason for Ds "caving."
