A pardon means you accept the guilt.
They are GUILTY of these crimes by their own admission.

Trump obviously bastardizes this process.
But Dr. Fauci and General Milley were certainly not guilty of any crime in receiving a pardon from President Biden.

Case law is split on this, its not a "myth" its just a gray area of the law.
(from google) Supreme Court precedent:
In the 1915 case Burdick v. United States, the Supreme Court ruled that accepting a pardon is "an admission of guilt". This precedent has been cited in arguments that accepting a pardon implies guilt.
Other cases have different conclusions.
I think i can honestly still call these criminals out as guilty regardless.
