Because there might be a vote about the subsidies, but it won't pass. Heck, there are probably 8 Democratic No votes for it already.

But, lets be real here, the ACA won't last past the first quarter of next year. What's more likely is that with the promised vote to renew the subsidies there will be a vote to eliminate the ACA entirely and Republicans probably already have 8 Dem votes to end it.
