Schumer is being ratioed on Bluesky

Trying to defend the party caving last night.

Currently at 6k+ comments to 309 likes.

In case anyone with a bsky account wants to weigh in:

Democrats have been fighting for months to address America's healthcare crisis

those families who can't pay 25k more for health coverage won't have that coverage anymore...problem solved?

Because there might be a vote about the subsidies, but it won't pass. Heck, there are probably 8 Democratic No votes for it already.

"explain" to us that this was a good thing....

But, lets be real here, the ACA won't last past the first quarter of next year. What's more likely is that with the promised vote to renew the subsidies there will be a vote to eliminate the ACA entirely and Republicans probably already have 8 Dem votes to end it.
