Was the only Democrat to vote for the House CR, and now King took the lead on the cave in. I have to assume that the numbers of folks in rural Maine who depend on SNAP for survival are incredible, and both the Congressman and the Senator are well aware of this. Interesting that they seem to care about these poor people in their constituencies, while MAGA Congress people with similar or larger numbers of poor people in their states, care not a whit if their neighbors starve.
Lots of folks in deep woods Maine are now suffering from the results of the election of their cult leader. Once again they have to rely on Democrats to bail them out of this current mess, but come next year and they have no health insurance, many of these same folk will figure out a way to blame Obama, and will vote for whomever runs against Golden.
Funny thing is Golden will probably find a way to blame Obama, and every other Democrat, cause that is how he has determined he has to roll.

The primary is eight months away- there is absolutely no urgency or requirement to lock into choosing between Mills or Platner.
