What? A federal prisoner just up and fuckin vanishes? The facility ACKNOWLEDGES his ass 'isn't there', but has no other information?!

At this point, it's unclear exactly what has happened and who authorized this. Nobody is talking yet. The article you linked to probably has as much information as any. I'm sure more information about it will come out in the near future.
