Blackmail depends on secrecy. When that is gone, his blackmail empire falls apart.
• No more gigantic money flow from blackmail victims.
• No more control over blackmail victims (who may be kings, heads of state, S****** Court Justices, and countless benefactors and heads of giant businesses.
• And those people will also fall.

Done. All of it gone. Whatever he hasn't already stashed in Argentina or Saudi.

Trump can't run again, so he doesn't give a flying fuck about any harm the shutdown might cause to the GOP.
The Epstein files, on the other hand, could send his saggy, cellulite-ridden ass to prison.
