OLD MAN YELLS AT BALLROOM: "...even his own supporters are seeing through the cracks..."

Trump's recent appearance at a FIFA event highlights how he's a full-blown "elderly man" losing the support of his hardcore fans, an analyst wrote Monday.

The president received the FIFA Peace Prize at the World Cup 2026 draw last week, but his "yammering" appearance was more important for highlighting his "obvious decline", according to Heather Digby Parton. The Salon columnist suggested Trump's power base, including that of FIFA president Gianni Infantino, is surrounding Trump with made-up medals and praise.

But even his own supporters are seeing through the cracks and believe the president is fading. Parton wrote, "Mind you, the hardcore base is sticking with Trump so far because, like their idol, they can never admit they were wrong."

"But even they are starting to feel the dissonance of hearing this feeble, elderly man yammering about peace amid daily news footage of grotesque attacks on immigrants, boat strikes and increasingly bellicose warmongering."

because he never has enough. If you get in his way too bad. But his next possession will be his next never enough. He has stupid people who vote for him and they are never enough. And those stupid people are incredibly hard headed. He has never wanted for anything and yet he is dirt poor.

He might have been helped decades ago, but is too far gone now. We MUST elect people with the courage to stop him from taking the rest of us down to his self-made hell.

they'll spend a lifetime learning that lesson, but it won't hit home until they're on their deathbed. It is definitely a mental disorder.

IN LATER YEARS, hardened career criminals like "Johnny Rocco" ended up being portrayed as "having a human side," or the writers were compelled to tell the backstory of how he came from a broken home or his pet goldfish died or...

...and what the world never wants to accept, whether it's Johnny Rocco or Donald Trump or FRED Trump, is that SOMETIMES...like it or not...there are people in this world who are nothing more than pure walking evil, with an unquenchable thirst, who cannot be "redeemed" because they will not allow it.

Trump is an orange Caligula. And the only upside of this is that the media seems to have abandoned its childish First Term Fantasy that at any minute now, just be patient, wait for it, "TRUMP IS GOING TO PIVOT AND BECOME PRESIDENTIAL."

The best I've seen right wingers come up with is that it is an ironic comment on Obama's Nobel prize, and that "left academics on the Nobel committee" would never give Trump the prize he deserves, so he is making fun of them. Oh, they also say that "all awards are 'made up,'" a truly goofy argument that they have borrowed from the now standard "all currency is made up" dogma of the crypto-bro podcast-sphere. The idea that Trump and Infantino cooked up this prize ironically as an ingenious comment on the Nobel Prize is, in any case, a hard argument to make when Trump seemed so genuinely please and honored by the completely bogus award.

It is profoundly dangerous.

And some may say, "he does realize it and welcomes it because it gets him what he wants. He uses flattery on others all the time to manipulate them, so how could he not know when flattery is being used on him?"

I've seen no evidence of that at all. He truly appears to believe every lie he is told about his greatness while being fully aware that he lies profusely about the greatness--or lack thereof--of others in order to manipulate them.

This is a profoundly broken person that requires the fake adulation to feed the Narcissus' pool in his fragile little mind. Self-awareness is for everyone that is not the center of the universe.
