I can't imagine wasting my valuable time and energy on such exhausting pursuits and I'm retired.

Also I've worked in restaurants and retail and I bend over backwards to treat employees with courtesy and respect.

in my entire life I have never been rude or mean to wait staff, clerks, cashiers, etc.....nope, NEVER.....it's really a better way of life for ALL

I think that the US should require young teenagers to do a stint in customer service. It's not the same when you realize that you won't have to do this for life, but still, more people would grow up to be more considerate.
