6:30 and fireworks already going off here in southern Oregon

One cat hiding under my bed, one in his cubby. Gonna be a long night for my babies 😭

You can also try gently stroking ears from base to tip. T-touch technique to release feel good brain chemicals.

I miss them and am one of those “ non-compliant “celebrators”. A few rockets twice a year makes me smile and the kids love it.

I think it's one of the most selfish practices still in existence. Fireworks have lasting, devastating effects on wildlife and stray animals.
