Cantor, this person said, has donated millions of dollars to charities to support the victims of 9-11, and the families of its own employees.

I'm shocked to hear of that happening in the establishment (formerly, loosely) known as the Twitterverse.

The guy I knew died in the twin towers on 9-11 and his family was screwed over and only received his insurance payout. He left a wife and two school age daughters. Who I later heard had to sell their family home. My boss at the time donated $1000 to a fund for them. Now hearing lutnut stole their money makes me even angrier towards him😡🤬!

In CA if you sue someone you must pay a 45% commission to the law firm and pay their hourly wages. You also have to pay experts to testify for at least $50k each and all legal fees. It has gotten so bad that a man that won a $1M dollar jury award in CA had to pay $5M in legal costs.
