Lol.
I have seen several references to how co-operative he is being from both Rs and Dems. One of the R members, Ana somebody, came out and praised him for how forthcoming he is being.
I do like the way he began his testimony with a defense of his wife and told them all to their faces that they should not have called Hillary. So it wasn't all sweetness and light.

Of course it was lots of implying guilt by association but it was mostly a concerted effort to muddy the waters regarding the big Trump elephant in the room.

(24,693 posts)so I didn't really feel like giving her the respect of looking up her whole name. Still, I thought it was weird that she apparently came out by herself to say that she appreciated how co-operative Bill was being.

snip-"According to an immigration record the Post reviewed, Meyerhofers father, Heinrich Meyerhofer, immigrated to Canada from Germany in 1954, identifying as Roman Catholic. Several of Lunas family members stated that he served in Nazi Germanys armed forces as a teenager in the 1940s.
One of Heinrichs sons provided the Post with a portrait of a young Heinrich dressed in a uniform of the Wehrmacht that experts from the Simon Wiesenthal Center said is consistent with the uniform style at the time.
Lunas cousin Nicole Mayerhofer and other family members said it was well known that Heinrich served in the German army during the Second World War."

(8,616 posts)Bill, Hill, and Reich were in college together. Reich mentioned fondness for Hillary, but Bill had better hair or something along that line. Three great minds there.
Tommy Carcetti
(44,470 posts)I vaguely remember him telling a story about the first time they met...Reich was sick and Bill brought him soup or something to that effect.

(5,236 posts)She said he could listen to a conversation while doing the New York Times crossword puzzle in ink. She said he could then confirm he'd heard and understood everything that was said to him. She also noted that there were no mistakes in the puzzle. I miss having a President who is that intelligent. He also seemed to have genuine compassion.
I think it it weren't for the Monica debacle he would be considered one of the greatest Presidents in history. Then again I think a lot of them had affairs, and just never got caught.

(4,078 posts)Bill says that he did nothing wrong, but did he see underage girls all over the place to the degree that he should have known that something was going on? Did he reiterate that he was never at the Island.

(44,470 posts)As he's stated it before and there's no evidence that he ever visited the island.

(9,635 posts)His contact came through travel for Clinton's global charity.
Also, it's doubtful there were ever consistent instances of "underage girls all over the place" at Epstein's properties except during special occasions. The testimony of victims tends to be consistent that he was dealing with one or two girls at a time.

(4,078 posts)I hope that he was questioned about this. The fact that Trump and Clinton both seem to be exonerating each other makes me uneasy.
Wiz Imp
(9,635 posts)Those were anonymous tips which have absolutely zero supporting evidence. There is no reason to take such "tips" remotely seriously. None of the victims fighting for justice have claimed to ever having even met Clinton. Quit listening to right wing bullshit.

Nobody's going to corroborate those tips because they are obviously bullshit to anyone but a MAGAcult member. You clearly spend alot of time listening to MAGA bullshit and believe it to be true.

I don't believe Clintons a saint given what happened with Monica but unless some one comes forth with proof beyond a reasonable doubt, I will presume he wasn't involved in the illegal behavior of the Epstein crowd.
