I wonder how this is going to affect the Ukraine-Russia war since

Iran provides the drones to Russia? Is China now Russia's exclusive supplier?

What I don't understand is, if Iran is manufacturing drones, aren't they going to be prepared for a modern day war?

Russia built their own version with new factories inside Russia under a licensing agreement. Then started experimenting and testing new versions that were more lethal and harder to shoot down. I suspect Moscow will soon return the favor to Tehran soon.
