He could pay for a good stylist and get a more reasonable haircut that is easier to maintain, but he really thinks his bouffant hairstyle is very handsome. The more people make fun of his hair, the more he clings to that style.

Trump has multiple health issues affecting him simultaneously. It's not hard to imagine. He's nearly 80 years old, has a terrible diet, doesn't exercise and he has negative energy dominating his life. These issues have caused his venous problems, his mental problems and possibly others.

I suspect he has some form of cancer and the chemotherapy is causing him to lose his hair. Mind you, I am not a doctor just an observer of Trump for 40 years. His lies are catching up to him.
