… as of July 2025, California bars and nightclubs must provide drink covers to patrons, when requested. As noted in the video.

Establishments are permitted to charge “a reasonable amount” for them.

Not spam… a useful PSA.

Why have rules against spam at all if there's always going to be someone to second-guess whether the item being promoted is useful or not. Do we allow spam messages for reflective vests... they fall under "safety" too. Do we allow spam messages for firearms and ammo... I guess it could be argued that they are for "safety" as well. All weather tires... safety. Where does it end?
