My prediction about his effing ballroom.

It'll be about half built by the time he kicks the bucket. Then it'll be determined to be too expensive to tear down so it will be completed after he dies.

Construction will start immediately, and it will be done before he leaves. It will never be torn down - the underground portions will be too important. It will be called the Trump Ballroom forever.
