who has turned the Environmental Protection Agency into the Environmental Pollution Agency. He defended Piggy at his first impeachment hearing, and except for a couple of years in a private law practice some 15 years ago that's pretty much the extent of his legal experience. However, he's a Trump loyalist, which is the only non-negotiable requirement for the job.
