Fairfax county starting to come it. Yes is winning there 75 to 25 with about 350K votes yet to be counted. That puts Yes up by about 240K conservatively. Still a nail biter, but a win is a win. LFG!

In Virginia
ALL early votes are tallied AFTER polls close

The results coming in now are for TODAY'S votes and until 100% of them are counted, early votes will be not added to the total
