It appears that Trmp has effectively offered a BOUNTY on the lives of police officers.

Michael Fanone, speaking on Deadline White House, said he has gotten threatening messages from RWNJs suggesting they could kill him in order to collect payments from Trmp's slush fund. That's murder for hire. And Trmp created this situation. This goes way beyond impeachable conduct, if only American voters will pay attention.

Federal law does not supersede it.

The Constitution created a separate sovereign system with the states.
