He asked a question and then stated facts, that is not an attack

years after everyone else knew it.

If it weren't so absurd and deadly it would be humorous.

Trump has been Putin's puppet for decades.
Water is wet.

We expect US senators to keep up with known facts.

so it seems pretty counterproductive to ignore that, and then attack the senator as if he hadn't said that, but pretend that he didn't know something until "years after everyone else knew it", or to moan "we expect US senators to keep up with known facts" when they have explicitly stated that they have. As another DUer says above, "This.Is.Why.We.Lose.Elections" - having a go at a senator who actually thinks exactly the same as you.,

"We just get tired of leaders paid big bucks who state the utterly obvious years after everyone else knew it." - a view, based on you not listening to the clip in the OP, and an attack on Sen Murphy

"If it weren't so absurd and deadly it would be humorous." - another view

"We expect US senators to keep up with known facts." yet another view, and another attack on the senator.

"I think the story here has been pretty simple from the start". That's what he said, directly before the quote that was written out on BlueSky.

So why are you moaning?
