"Smiley" Hassett clears up the credit card delinquency problem

When asked on FAUX about the American consumers' highest delinquency on credit card debt in fifteen years, and reminded that people are using credit for necessities, "Smiley" Hassett had a message for these voters.

He assured them that the administration is talking to the CEOs of the credit card companies all the time and it is not a problem for them.

Whew, that's a relief isn't it, folks? I was so worried about the CEOs of the credit card companies and how they were going to survive. Turns out it's not a problem for them!
Let the good times roll, right?

Smiley is so zoned out, in his bubble, or just duplicitous that he interprets the question about American consumers using credit for necessities because of his boss's tanked economy as being a question about the CEO's well being. He's either playing dumb or that's all he cares about and he can't even see that the average consumer sees it from their point of view.

act all optimistic to soothe the maga cult who are low information voters, usually. So if some high level guy is acting all optimistic and smiling, that's enough for them.
