Where are we with this dictator and his regime?

Is it proper to call him a "dictator"?

After all, he believes he has absolute authority and rules by decree, other than by legislative process. I think we are there.

But like all thieves, they sometimes over estimate their abilities. They believe they can steal whatever they want and get away with it.

Why did they drop their lawsuit against the IRS? Did they not know that there was a two-year statute of limitation on such a claim?

But that is where they stepped across the line.

They did not inform the Judge that they were going to reach a settlement? She thought the case was simply dismissed.

But, his lawyer, Todd Blanche, also known as an acting Attorney General, signed a statement to settle with Trump for $1,776,000,000 dollars.

Everybody's antennae went up. The Congress was so stunned, that MAGA Mike sent them home for a week, so they would not have to vote on such a monstrosity. It was politically dangerous for them.

But, not unlike thieves throughout history, they believed, and perhaps still believe, that they could use the Court as a disguise against their contemplated criminality?

Thirty-five judges, some active and some retired, recommended to the Judge that she re-open the case of the $10 billion lawsuit. They more or less told her that she had been used. They said it may have been a "fraud upon the Court".

The Judge is giving the regime two weeks to explain what happened?

Was it a criminal act?

LEO, military. Are they loyal to their oaths and the rule of law, or are they loyal to rage and fear and hate and the whims of a madman. In the end, law is useless without enforcement, as we have seen demonstrated. In the moment, rage and fear and hate have a tighter grip on the trigger finger than sweet reason. This is why respected people from the military need to make many more announcements about disobeying illegal orders - the thought might sway the people with lethal authority toward the light.

I saw the video of Capitol police opening barricades and waving the mob in, as well as the brave actions of the defenders.

We all know Pretti and Good. There are many more who are nameless to us.

Mao said that political power grows out of the barrel of a gun. We might be testing that soon.
