Barack Obama: My sister Maya.

My sister Maya and I were profoundly shaped by the influence of our mom, Ann Dunham. Giving Maya a preview of the Obama Presidential Center, including a new sculpture by Maya Lin dedicated to our mom’s memory, was truly special.

And the spotlight is not all on him but those who influenced his life personally and professionally. This garden for his mother is the recent example of what he is made of and I’m so full of admiration just living in the same window of time to experience it and the legacy he will leave with us 💙
I’m really touched by this..

The purpose of the Obama center is to encourage people in their journey through this life,
to be better people, to find wonder in the simple things, and the very best thing we all can do
do is to help other peoples find their joy.

He is the calm in the storm.

And you aren't old, you are mature. I don't find you to be grouchy at all.

The more you loved someone else or a pet and the more they loved you the
more it will hurt. So sorry for your loss. Can you tell me one thing about
your sister? If you want to.

That went into his library... Every video is tears. If I ever met this man, I'd probably faint dead away.

We all want to see kindness and decency again so much. That's why everyone here is crying.

What used to be the "norm" for most of us has become extinct in what we see. The Republican government officials are doing nothing more than performing for their base when they get in front of a camera.

And it's sickening. Our tears are our bodies trying to cleanse the grime off of us.

Complete love and affection to the Obamas. May they always remind us of who we can be again.
