We were standing waving American flags and displaying simple pro-Democracy signs.

Their vote wasn't pro-Trump, it was anti-liberals, democrats, those commies, etc

the Trump signs, flags, bumper stickers, pickup truck antenna banners, MAGA caps, t-shirts, et al have nearly disappeared since last fall. Part of that is the election being over, but it's still an encouraging sign. The post-2016 Trump enthusiasts, for the most part, had kept their merchandise displayed during the Biden years.

No real Maga will ever change.
