i've been wondering about her. and she's in china??? and takes off three days after he's in hospital?

joan esposito said someone from john thune's office said thune has been talking to mcconnell every day. that is doubtful.

He may be, but I sure wouldn't take her word on it.

but she probably knows the truth on this one

He was found unresponsive. He's probably been on life support this entire time.

But who knows what is going on.

Speculation is that the repukes of his his state are trying to run out the clock to prevent a special election before November.

If he had died, they would have reported it.

In other words, you can't believe a single word she says or writes.

All the "how would we know the difference?" jokes aside, I think it's entirely possible that he's on life support and not expected to recover. It would explain a lot, imo, like why there's so much secrecy surrounding this.

We'll have to wait and see what happens, of course, but I won't be the least bit surprised if his passing is suddenly announced with as little actual information provided as possible.

But coming from someone who's definitely brain dead, Laura Looner, I'll wait for the medical professionals to chime in.

And his wife may have given up all hope and gone home to her relatives.

But we may never know, until the obits come out.
