Belief is that these people are (a) authoritarian to an extreme, so they happily worship at his altar, and (b) so completely incompetent yet desirous of $ and power that bowing before him is their only job opportunity for now, and they hope right wing rich guys will hire them after TSF discards them.

They should instead consider that Dancing With The Stars may be their only post-TSF opportunity.
