It sounds like that's what Trump is planning to say tonight. I imagine the lawyers are going nuts. Do we air the speech and risk lawsuits? Do we not air the speech and risk Trump's revenge?

The $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit claimed the network repeatedly broadcast false conspiracy theories that Dominion rigged the 2020 presidential election. Trump's speech will likely be just a rehash of the same lies.
