Republican Sens. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Bill Cassidy of Louisiana are encouraging Trump to focus on affordability instead of election fraud in his speech tonight.
"Hes got the microphone tonight, and its up to him as to how he wants to use it. If he wants to inspire folks or if he wants to inflame folks, and well see which direction he goes, Murkowski said.

Cassidy said that Americans priority is affordability, not election fraud. The more productive conversation, he said, would be to focus on offering an objective plan of how do we actually address your kitchen table issue? How do you pay your bills?

Asked if he has any doubt that Georgia Senators Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock were duly elected in 2020, Cassidy said unequivocally no.
No. Its been investigated, Cassidy said.
Thats obviously great speculation that would, that would certainly sow confusion and doubt and probably a lot of anger at this point in time, Murkowski added.
