Trump's media company wants traders to pay to get president's market-moving social-media posts first

Donald Trump’s media company wants traders and investors to pay for “the fastest” access to posts from Truth Social accounts like the president’s own, which often moves markets.

Trump Media & Technology Group said Thursday that it’s planning to launch a feed giving real-time access to the highest-ranking Truth Social accounts. Trump frequently uses his account to post policy decisions and comments that impact equity and energy markets.

It’s so openly brazen now that one would think that an easy case could be made for prosecution at some point.
I mean, he is announcing that information is available for purchase and profit.
