Erin Burnett then went on to say that Trump's approval rating is stuck in the 30's and he appears to be facing losses in the midterms, and he has been stoking skepticism of elections for years. The reporter is saying that none of CNN's reporting points to any new "facts" being revealed tonight.

Maybe that's why CNN is not running that little box in the bottom right saying they will show the upcoming speech live. Looks to me like they're joining the networks and abstaining.
