stupid will probably just reset like nothing happened and wonder which way we are going now
since the previous direction did not pan out. If there is a GOD or some magic potion or some
really, really neat incantation to cure stupidity we need to use it with a vigorous application and
make sure it or some other means works before we declare the state of emergency from brain
