a DUer was a caller on thom hartmann's show today

when he mentioned that he posted an excerpt of something thom wrote (from substack? i was driving so...) thom told him to always go ahead and post the entire piece if he wants to.

i think his name was ed.

so, to that duer, you sounded great. wish i hadn't been a bit distracted by driving! LOL.

He had Bernie Sanders on and they were talking about why not to buy a house right now.

Whoops.

By November (I think it was) we were underwater for over 10 years. The price of the property plummeted after the Bush W crash five months later.

Wish I would have heard that show before we bought that year.
