Barack Obama the "last" President of the United States

Ok, I know I heard this on a conspiracy theory radio show and I always get grief if I refer to Coast to Coast AM but I did hear someone make this prediction and parts of it seems to be coming true.

Anyway, someone said they "saw" a major financial crisis occurring which would start a spiral of downfalls in the US and ultimately lead to the end of US. Thus, President Obama would be our last President.

When I heard this I laughed and took it as a crazy person talking but it seems the tea party and their fellow Republican followers would be willing to do such damage to the government and our economy they wouldn't care if they did destroy the United States.

Do I think this person saw anything? NO! But, it is ironic things are working the way they are.

It should have been 112, with the last one being from Rome. Number 112 is Pope Francis and he's from Argentina...

And have been disappointed that they actually didn't get 'raptured', so by gum they are going to CAUSE the end and make Gabriel blow that horn!

My father (a Bircher) used to say that Nelson Rockefeller was going to become President, suspend the constitution and declare himself permanent leader of the US. He would be the last President.

It was bullshit then and it's bullshit now.

...back under Clinton. The story was that Clinton was going to invite the Chinese Red Army in as blue-helmeted UN peacekeepers to enforce his socialist hellhole utopia. Standard black-helicopter paranoia.

The tanks did actually exist: they were ones captured from Iraq in 1991 being moved somewhere for a "red vs blue" exercise.

What is it, like 35-40% of Republican think that Obama is working on a covert plan to stay in office?

If I were Obama, I couldn't WAIT for January 20, 2017 to come around. I'd be on the first friggin' flight to Hawaii and wouldn't return to the mainland for least a year. And I'd never set foot in Washington again.
