February 28th Economic Boycott

People's Union is organizing an economic boycott on February 28th.
Don't shop.
Do not buy anything unless it is an emergency.
No gas, no fast food, no shopping online or in stores.
Some of you are going to sneer but it is an action.

saying they won't or can't participate in this. Either "It won't work," or, "I might have to buy something."

Well, it might work in some way and unless you have to buy something in an emergency situation, it's hard to believe we can't all get by for 24 hours w/o making a purchase.

My husband & I and my mom & my sister are all going to participate, as are many of our friends.
