Hello everyone -- it's time once again for DU's annual Summer Fund Drive!
This fund drive is special, because it's the only time during the year that you have the opportunity to gift a Star Membership to another member, and also to get hold of a classic DU bumper sticker (see below for details). So if you can, please consider purchasing a new Star Membership or renewing your existing Star Membership this week. Your contribution will ensure that DU continues to survive and thrive into the future.

Thank you too! We deeply appreciate any financial contributions to DU, because DU cannot survive on ad revenue alone. But if you are interested in becoming a monthly subscriber, that would help even more, because it makes it much easier for us to figure out our budget. SUMMER FUND DRIVE BONUSES
For every $5 you contribute, you'll get a sticky to post on Grovelbot's Big Board.
For every $35 you contribute, you can choose to receive a DU bumper sticker and/or gift a Star Membership to a member who doesn't have one.
After you make a contribution for a qualifying amount, you'll receive a DU Mail message with further instructions.
The Summer Fund Drive will run for one week, from August 18 through August 25. Thank you for your support!

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
