With a stupid grin on his face, he said "he didn't have to say anything. I enjoyed his swaying. I could just look at him swaying for hours!"

Trump won it in 2024. Did it "swing heavily for Trump" in "last November's election?" Well, swing is a relative term, I suppose. Trump won Cambria County with 66% in 2016. He won with 68% in 2020. He won with 69% in 2024. So, it "swung" from Trump 68% to Trump 69%. Those are the facts. Now let's look at the framing again:
