Epstein Alleged in Emails That Trump Knew of His Conduct
Source: New York Times

House Democrats on Wednesday released emails in which Jeffrey Epstein wrote that President Trump had "spent hours at my house" with one of Mr. Epstein's victims, among other messages that suggested that the convicted sex offender believed Mr. Trump knew more about his abuse than he has acknowledged.
Mr. Trump has emphatically denied any involvement in or knowledge of Mr. Epstein's sex-trafficking operation. He has said that he and Mr. Epstein, the disgraced financier who died by suicide in federal prison in 2019, were once friendly but had a falling out.
But Democrats on the House Oversight Committee said the emails, which they selected from thousands of pages of documents received by their panel, raised new questions about the relationship between the two men. In one of the messages, Mr. Epstein flatly asserted that Mr. Trump "knew about the girls," many of whom were later found by investigators to have been underage. In another, Mr. Epstein pondered how to address questions from the news media about their relationship as Mr. Trump was becoming a national political figure.
The messages are certain to inflame the debate on Capitol Hill over the Trump administration's handling of the Epstein files, and top officials' decision to backtrack on a promise to fully release them. That issue, which has split Republicans and alienated some of Mr. Trump's right-wing supporters, had faded to the background as the government shutdown dragged on.

(980 posts)it will rear it's ugly little head again........the Uber rich Republicans, Steve Miller, Russell Vought and 2025 want him out of there as bad as we do.......hanging Trump out as a pedophile gets rid of him, and at the same time doesn't alienate his voters......which they were afraid of losing if Trump got impeached, or a civil war if he didn't get elected.....

(5,346 posts)literally discusses how Epstein can use Trump's involvement to his Epstein's advantage. This was in 2015 when Trump first ran and Wolfe discusses how he can use it to Epstein's advantage if Trump actually wins.
Two things:
1) Michael Wolfe should go down for criminal conspiracy and as an accessory.
2) The Vichy Dems surrender is now all the more galling, as they were mere days away from having this napalm strike against Trump.

Or is there someone else named Michael Wolfe?
If it's Wolff the author you're incorrect, he's not an accessory but he most assuredly has information concerning Jeffrey Epstein and should be questioned. I believe Epstein was interviewed multiple times by Michael Wolff for his books on Chump. I wouldn't be surprised if Mr. Wolff is planning a book on Epstein after all this settles down and Chump is out of the White House.
EDIT TO ADD: Michael Wolff the author is also involved in the $1 Billion lawsuit with Melania Chump over his mentioning the fact that Epstein had originally "introduced" her to Chump and it led to them dating and later marrying. I'm certain that Wolff has proof and corroborating testimonies from witnesses. He's willing to go to court and hand over the evidence, but of course this lawsuit would never get that far.
Miguelito Loveless
(5,346 posts)Yes, Wolff. The emails indicate he KNEW what Epstein was up to, and the language suggests they were discussing blackmailing Trump.
FakeNoose
(39,444 posts)He wrote that in 2015 before Chump was barely a candidate. Epstein already had a conviction in Florida with a "soft" sentence and not much notice was taken outside of Florida. (Mr. Wolff might have known about it, but Epstein wasn't a big name yet.)
Think back to 2015, almost nobody took Chump's election campaign seriously. None of us thought he had a prayer in winning any primaries. Later on in 2016 he did become the nominee, but even then we all thought Hillary was going to beat him by a mile. I'm sure Michael Wolff thought the same thing. There's no collusion here, Mr. Wolff was chasing a story, that's all.

Just hear me out, what if he's not just in the Epstein files
But actually a part of the trafficking ring. He ran the Rump Modeling Agency and owned the Miss Teen America Pagent.
That might explain why the Pharisee Speaker of the House is trying so hard to stop information from coming out.
And we all know hell do anything for a buck!
If this is the case and his "business" is exposed, he could lose a fortune in blackmail payments, his control over so many blackmail victims .... well, everything.

(8,081 posts)That it's only a big deal if Trump participated in Epstein's activities. And these people are so sure that happened.
I'm sorry, but I don't give a damn at this point what Trump did or didn't do beyond knowing what Epstein was doing. Just knowing and doing nothing means Trump helped facilitate Epstein's rape of probably hundreds of girls. That alone is beyond the pale. Trump had an opportunity to stop the rapes and he did nothing. That alone is a crime and proof that he is pure fucking evil.

In April 2011, for example, as Trump took on a higher political profile, Epstein sent an email to longtime confidante Ghislaine Maxwell that read: i want you to realize that that dog that hasnt barked is trump.. (REDACTED) spent hours at my house with him ,, he has never once been mentioned. police chief. etc. im 75 % there.
A direct email exchange from 2011 between Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, just released by House Oversight Committee Democrats.

The fact that Trump and the late millionaire pedophile had a relationship is not new. Not only have we all seen the video footage of the two men hanging out, but as my MSNBC colleague James Downie noted, Trump told New York magazine in 2002: Ive known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. Hes a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side......
Theres also this email, in which Epstein wrote that Trump of course ... knew about the girls.

Democratic Rep. Robert Garcia of California, the ranking member on the House Oversight Committee, said in a statement: The more Donald Trump tries to cover-up the Epstein files, the more we uncover. These latest emails and correspondence raise glaring questions about what else the White House is hiding and the nature of the relationship between Epstein and the President. The Department of Justice must fully release the Epstein files to the public immediately. The Oversight Committee will continue pushing for answers and will not stop until we get justice for the victims.

Mr. Epsteins email from 2019, which claims Mr. Trump knew about the girls and asked Ms. Maxwell to stop, was sent to Mr. Wolff, who had recently written a tell-all book about the president.
Mr. Epstein was months away from the arrest and federal charges that would send him to prison, but he was the focus of significant attention after The Miami Herald had published a series of articles drawing renewed attention to the secret agreement he had signed in 2008.
