What defines a "third world" country?

Would that mean that we here in the US couldn't immigrate to another country?

How can that possibly be legal? Couldn't the next legitimate congress and President just void that with a new law? That's what he does all the time.

From my observations in the south, immigrant crop pickers are exploited and taken advantage of. I support ensuring anyone who works in agriculture, regardless of status, gets paid a decent wage.
