ICE Barbie now cosplaying as Haiti gangbuster

Kristi Noem says she has a new mission after she was fired as Homeland Security secretary and given a new hastily created role in government.
In an interview on Saturday discussing her work as Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas, Noem said shes planning to take on gangs in Haiti that control around 90 percent of the capital and have displaced around 1.5 million people, according to the United Nations.
Haiti is an area that has been a lost cause for a very long time, Noem, 54, told Newsmax anchor Greta Van Susteren, 72. Weve got some gang suppression forces that were going to be working to get into that country, she added. Noem, the first Cabinet member to be removed by President Donald Trump, 79, in his second term, went on to predict that the Shield of the Americas will be stronger than NATO as it brings countries into alignment with American values.
In her previous role, Noem was widely mocked for wearing law enforcement and military-style gear for photo-ops, though her new role does not seem to have afforded her that opportunity.

So, send her used to be ICE goons there! See how long they last. She can go do her cosplay photo ops with her expensive watches.
Maybe they can carry Confederate Flags through the gang leaders' houses, beat up the lookouts and security, and poop on their floors. Not sure they'd receive pardons as a thank-you, though.

Grifting?
Nepotism?
Scamming?
Racism?
Misogyny?
America has no values. People have values. The words written by wealthy slaveholders 250+ years ago are all well and good but putting them into practice has, shall we say, fallen a wee bit short. The people, being stupid in the aggregate, do not want certain groups within the country to have the same rights as others. So much for American values.
Beyond that, she has no fucking idea what to do about Haiti.

Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Noem probably wont even set foot there unless it is for a photo-op.

(317 posts)I have a close friend who has been there for over a decade through extremely trying times. They need some assistance and normally I would say that the United States is the perfect country to offer that assistance.
ICE Barbie is NOT in charge of anything. She probably blew Trunip at some point and received her govt appointments as a result.
As much as I despise every aspect of this administration and its tentacles it's difficult to believe that gang suppression in Haiti could be viewed as a bad thing. That is, until our govt decides to stay on and restructure their political model.
