Important Update on the Trumps Threatening to Sue MeidasTouch

I know a lot of you have been asking for an update after Eric Trump threatened to sue us.

As you’ll recall, the whole thing started because our Editor-in-Chief, Ron Filipkowski, reposted a Financial Times article and pointed out a simple fact: Eric Trump was an investor in a company tied to government-backed contracts. That’s it.

In response, Eric Trump went on a public tantrum, telling us to be “very careful” and throwing around the word “defamation.” A lot of bluster and whining in what’s clearly a poor attempt to impersonate his daddy.

We made our position crystal clear. If you want to go down that road, we will hold you accountable. And yes, I will personally take your deposition.
