My new obsession. They are delicious.
They also have lemon white chocolate and strawberry white chocolate, but I haven't tried them. The coconut is too good.
I think they might be Limited Edition.

First thing I thought of was making like a key lime pie with some of these for the crust or maybe using the strawberry one and making a cheesecake doing like a Jello no bake style? Now I want to go look for them!
