Just fyi

My area got hit with some pretty nasty storms last night which means no power. No coffee. No WiFi. So that means no animal videos until I rejoin the 21st century.

Have a good day, folks!

or a pour over device? if you dont mind waiting a few hours, you could do your own cold brew.

We keep a camp stove around for just such prolonged outages.

And I hear there's this round thing I can carve called a wheel that could be quite useful.

Please stay safe until you get your coffee back.
Love and hugs from my two pups and one kitty, who have all volunteered to help you carve out a round thing if you want.

Hang in there and hope you get your power back soon - that happens here in Northeastern New York, too, happened frequently here when I was growing up and my Dad was manager of the power company.

A couple blocks from DuPage, we had wind, rain and a small amount of hail! It rained so hard you could barely see.

The thought of not being able to consume coffee would drive me absolutely bonkers.

Here's to a quick power grid restore for you.

Try to not turn on the light switch when you enter a room. It ain't easy. I went out to get coffee and either the place was out of power or an hour wait.

Happy to know you are ok. I live in a rural area outside the St. Louis, MO area and we are expecting some dangerous storms.

I can't tell you how much I enjoy your wonderful animal videos! I always look forward to them and I hope you are safe and get your power back soon. I'm a tea drinker myself, but I feel your pain!
