Good morning my DU family,

We come to take things for granted one decision not to acknowledge something wonderful at a time.
Please let me spend this day practicing that each kindness is thanked, and each request comes from my heart.
May kindness find you wherever you are today.
Love, John

I'm with you. Still trying to fall asleep. Unfortunately (as usual anymore) I fell asleep watching TV and woke up and now can't get back to sleep. Will give up and just get up and make my coffee when I hear the paper boy outside.

I'll try Brahms after that. But I think I've had my 5 hours and that's that my body is saying.

An act of kindness is like a good plummer. A simple act can free a flood of clogged up stuff.

I agree, gratitude has a way of expanding whatever we have, no matter how small it may seem.

To quote another brilliant German:
“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance."
— Eckhart Tolle

Thinking of you and your furry trio as I happily toil away writing another book.

Ugh, those terrible puns.
Thank you for your kind words and thoughts. They are such a wonderful way to add sunshine to someone's day, as yours did to mine.
Enjoy writing, occasionally massage Apollo or Ajax's back with your toes and come back to reality some several hours from now saying, "Wow, I got a lot done today".
Love, John and Cuddles and Petunia
