There's (almost) someones worse off than you

Went to the clinic today, will have to return in a couple of weeks.

BUT when I was having to wait for my ride back, a person with a leg cast going out stopped to talk to a person in a wheelchair (probably waiting for their SO to check them in).

Be thankful- it could (usually) be worse.

By all means always try to maintain a positive attitude. For some it's easier than for others.
