It's been one of those days...

I just finished an Ayinger Bavarian Pils - that could be an excellent choice for you, too.

It seems the lessons I needed to learn are becoming clear for some reason.

The poor handling of situations happens to us all. No one escapes it.

And unfortunately, we tend to reflect on those things years later.

When it gets really cringey for me, I focus hard on the things I did well instead.

Like a woman I dated when I was 19 that went really bad. I now realize she may have had PTSD from some trauma...sexual assault? I could have handled it better. I think it was a soul lesson I missed/failed.

Actually, 2 guys from my teen years connected with me on Facebook and apologized for ghosting me. They felt guilty all these yrs. Actually- I wasn’t that into either one of them at the time. I was always into writer/artist types of guys and they were scientists.

Anyway- they are both married and we occasionally text - remembering the good old days.

Keep getting reminded that I’m 75 years old.
