When my cousin lived upstate, her cats were indoor/outdoor cats and her tuxedo cat had a skunk friend. The skunk would wait far out in the yard and when Armani was let out he'd walk over to the skunk and they'd walk off into the trees together.

Armani often smelled ever so slightly of skunk but never like he'd been sprayed. He smelled more like newborn puppy breath. Always hoped the skunk wasn't sad when my cousin moved to the city.
