Some of the wealthiest people on the planet and celebrities and influencers attended. Pictures reveal that plastic surgery has become a huge industry--especially with women, though the men are utilizing it as well. Plastic boob-jobs are mandatory now, but also weirdly prominent cheekbones and what I call 'labia lips' on the face. These women think they are the epitome of beauty, but they all look like sex dolls that have been touched with a magic wand to become real.
They look grotesque. The new beauty standard is out of reach for most girls as the costs of these needed procedures to achieve the look are off the charts and none of it is good for our health. How can we achieve equality when we market ourselves as sex dolls anyway?

(12,981 posts)Just kidding, she's part of the elite. I know she's not technically news but her morning show will certainly whitewash this disgusting display of wealth.

(4,845 posts)I so agree with your statement, re: women look like sex dolls now and how can we demand equality.
Yesterday my husband sent me a reel of videos with songs that came out in 2000. My first thought was the women look real !

(13,224 posts)I remember some celebrity women with flat chests, unique features, and born-with-it beauty. Lauren Hutton had a gap in her teeth; Bianca Jagger and Diana Ross were flat chested; Barbara Streisand had an ethnic nose; Linda Carter had/has thin lips. Many others who were bigger, thinner, taller, all skin shades and hair styles, etc.. All these women had super-celeb status and were considered beautiful. The variety allowed most little girls to relate and feel they fit in.
Boys would develop crushes on these women and grow up to have healthy standards of female sexual attractiveness that included natural bodies and faces. Then came the porn industry.
