A Papillon saved his human this week in Switzerland. From @dog_rates at eloons place
A tiny dog led rescuers to his owner who fell into a Swiss glacier. A man and his dog were hiking the Fee Glacier in Switzerland last week when suddenly he broke through a snow bridge and fell into a 26-foot crevasse. The man luckily had a walkie-talkie and was able to call for help, which a nearby person received and alerted rescue services. A rescue team arrived at Fee Glacier, but struggled to find the man's exact location. "The glacier surface was wide and the hole was barely visible," Air Zermatt said. But then one of the rescue specialists spotted movement: the tiny Papillon. The pup was standing right next to the collapsed hole, keeping watch over his human. The rescue team was able to retrieve the man, and the Papillon supervised the entire operation. The man and his dog were flown to a hospital, and the rescue team credit the small dog for making the rescue possible. 14/10 for all.
Humans do not deserve dogs.
