howdi.

just finished cleaning the kitchen. will mop floors and vaccuum bed room after lunch will clean microwave oven after dinner.

but when I get home after the gym it will be chorin' time, starting with feeding the cat and watering all the trees.

my male health care worker who had a huuuge janitorial service in sonora before the 2009 crash , depression. gave me his list for cleaning houses . starting with dusting the bedroom and taking out the trash and so fourth. i used to be able to clean tic toc base in a 2 hour run, dont have the energy anymore. i found a 1940s cleaning routine where the person does one chore a day. so, i now do one chore a day and the rest of the time is for me.
