to type O blood. However, I have type O, and am not bothered very much by the critters.

I am living proof that that has NOTHING to do with it. I may have O positive blood though.

If meat eaters don't get devoured like this I'll try to make steak cologne.

Other factors are at play, not well studied. The preference for type o is statistically significant only when compared to type a. It's not statistically significant compared to type b.

But it's known not all type o people are super prone to getting bit and others with type a or b can be. So something else is involved.

There's also a pain tolerance or itch tolerance or whatever. Mrs unblock can often feel a mosquito land on her, I can't. He'll, I can get bit and not realize it even after the mosquito anesthetic wears off. Sometimes it itches like hell, of course, but sometimes I never notice it until Mrs unblock points out a big bump on my arm or whatever.

My wife has said for a long time, the makers of Off should check my skin chemistry because they just don't bother me.
We can be sitting on our deck and everyone will complain about the mosquitos, and they won't even land on me.
Weird.

He was covered in mosquito bites and I had none.

But at my house, horse flies are biting me and the bites hurt big time compared to mosquitoes.

I once heard mosquitos don't like garlic. I've been in places where there were mosquitos and I tried the garlic trick and mosquitos didn't bother me. It may just be I didn't give off the right order to attract them or the garlic and my body chemistry combined to form a type of repellent.

On downside of eating garlic, is for some people the garlic will combine with their sweat to make a pungent order causing others to stay away from you.

on his back every time he’d mow. I’d be outside too, and I wouldn’t have one. I always felt bad for him. Ya know that “after bite” cream did wonders for him.

which makes you tired but it does quiet down the immune response. I also used hydrocortisone. And I ordered some "after bite" stuff to apply.
