Just heard the dj on True Oldies Channel reminisce about the experience. I remember watching it. Long, long time ago.

Live Aid got a lot of Africans killed. Bob Geldof had the best intentions, but didn’t heed warnings about who NOT to channel money to. He wound up funding genocide.
